Nine foods you should never eat again


With so much misinformation out there about food and how it affects human health, making healthy food choices for you and your family can be difficult and confusing. There are a number of specific foods; however, that you will want to avoid in almost every circumstance because they provide virtually no health benefits while posing plenty of health risks. Here are nine foods you should never eat again if you care about preserving your long-term health:

1) White bread, refined flours. By definition, white bread and refined flours in general are toxic for your body because they have been stripped of virtually all vitamins, minerals, fiber, and other important nutrients. Because of this, the body does not know how to properly digest and assimilate these so-called foods, which can lead to health problems. Refined white flour has also been bleached with chlorine and brominated with bromide, two poisonous chemicals that have been linked to causing thyroid and organ damage.   3. Simplify simply. Most cardiologists have large investments in the food industry, “Yeah, have some processed butter with that farm raised lobster. You’ll find it at Red Lobster!”

  4. its interesting actually, while I love the taste of meats like red meat among many and there is no way I could possibly give all meat up (lol) red meat or beef which is proposed as being one of the healthiest more nutrient dense meats is in fact very difficult for the human body to digest and the process that is required to break down and digest this meat requires extensive energy to be expanded just to get anything back from it. regular consumption of meats at the rate us born again carnivores ( I say born again because you can tell the human digestive system was not designed to digest meat ) are consuming them is actually a direct contribution to immune system dysfunction related issues due to the exhaustion of a critical organ called the pancreas which has to work very very very hard just so we can consume something we shouldn’t be putting in our bodies all that often lol. In short a exhausted pancreas = say hello to cancer related illnesses among other diseases, increased rate of infections of many kinds. yes you are more likely to die very quick if you eat meat then if you eat mostly fruits and veggies, and you will live a hell of allot longer if your diet is full of mostly raw food. yeah every where you look it looks like there trying to kill us….its not hard to spot, I’m not imagining it, in 5 mins without even trying or showing who ever wants to know a single scientific study I could show you what consists of the average western diet and prove to you that there educating us to eat ourselves to death. no science required, its just a common sense thing lol
